Return, Refund & Exchange

At Jia Khan Coutre we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return or exchange under any conditions. If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 7 days of delivery. After you generate a query, the Quality Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault. We will not offer any store credit for Unstitched Articles but we may offer you an exchange in case of any major fault.

  • The faulty item provided by the customers MUST be in its Original Form.
  • In case of exchange client must provide an invoice/email confirmation issued by the company.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.
  • Any changes made to the order can be catered within 48 hours (Excluding Unstitched Articles).
  • All orders made can be cancelled within 24 hours. (Excluding Unstitched Articles).
  • All orders cancelled will be refunded as store credit only. (Excluding Unstitched Articles)
  • We only take alterations reported in within a week after receiving the outfit. (Excluding Unstitched Articles)
  • Orders are not eligible for Exchange, Refund or Charge back.
  • Sale articles are not eligible for Exchange and Return.
  • Ready to ship articles are not eligible for Exchange & Return.
  • For Web orders you can only exchange/return through Jia Khan Couture online store
  • There is no Return & exchange policy as per customer’s liking or disliking of the product.
  • Company is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colors due to washing.
  • Company is only providing embroideries which are mentioned on the inlays other than anything used in the stitching is only for Shoot Purpose.
  • All customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD, the courier company will not allow the customer to open the package before payment.
  • Company does not offer a “refund” or “money back guarantee” on purchased items.
  • We have the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
  • If during delivery, customs’ duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.
